Operations & Maintenance Manager OPPORTUNITY - IOWA

Global Talent Solutions has partnered with Iowa Renewable Energy in Washington, Iowa, seeking an experienced plant operations and maintenance leader who will become their next Plant Manager. This person will work alongside the current Plant Manager to transition into the role upon his retirement.

Ideal experience:

 5 to 7 years of leadership experience within an industrial plant operation, with strong operations and/or maintenance leadership experience

10 to 12 years of industrial processing experience ( biodiesel, ethanol, renewable diesel, petrochem, etc.)

 strong knowledge of the biodiesel chemical process and operations

Experience with plant electrical issues, fabrication, and plant maintenance is a plus
