Maintenance Director OPPORTUNITY - IOWA

We are seeking candidates for the Maintenance Director role. This brings a succession plan to move into the Plant Manager position for a 30 mgpy Iowa biodiesel facility.

Global Talent Solutions has partnered with Iowa Renewable Energy in Washington, Iowa, seeking an experienced plant operations leader who will become their next Plant Manager. This person will work alongside the current Plant Manager to transition into the role upon his retirement.

Ideal experience:

 5 to 7 years of leadership experience within an industrial plant operation, with strong maintenance leadership experience

10 to 12 years of industrial processing experience ( biodiesel, ethanol, renewable diesel, petrochem, etc.)

 strong knowledge of the biodiesel chemical process and operations

Experience with plant electrical issues, fabrication, and plant maintenance is a plus
