Plant Manager - Alexandria, MN area

Responsible for operating and maintaining the day-to-day process operations within the plant. Provide training to all maintenance technicians, process operators, boiler operators, lead operators etc., by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors, while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company. 

               Qualifications and Competencies

a. The following are multiple criteria essential to meeting the requirements of the position.

b. Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university is beneficial, but not required.

c. Knowledge of food, grain, or petrochem production facilities and process technology within these types of plants.

d. Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements. 

e. Fimilar with 24/7/36 plant operations and personnel needs to operate a facility.
