Quality Assurance Manager - Central Nebraska

We have partnered with a food ingredient manufacturer that is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager who will support, coordinate, and maintain food safety and quality policies, GMP and HACCP, and Non-GMO programs at the facility. Oversee chemistry lab activity to ensure product compliance for customers and to internal, external, and regulatory specifications. SQF Practitioner, PCQI, and HACCP Coordinator. This role will directly supervise the Food Safety Coordinator, Quality Assurance Associate, and Lab Technicians.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biology or Chemistry. Knowledge of Preventive Controls for human food ingredients and/or animal feed ingredients. 
• Five to Seven years of experience in a food safety or quality assurance environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• HACCP, PCQI, SQF Practitioner and Internal Auditing certifications are required.
