Director, Finance and Accounting

Located onsite in Des Moines, Iowa / Ames, Iowa region.

We are seeking a Director, Finance and Accounting with experience in a manufacturing-related environment. Exposure to the Agriculture / Food commodity processing marketplace is a plus. You would bring 7 to 10 years of accounting experience, including 5+ years of leadership, with a mix of experience at a top-20 accounting/CPA firm and private-sector business desired.

This role is well-suited for someone with the potential and experience to advance to a Chief Financial Officer position.
