Head of Plant Operations

The Head of Plant Operations is accountable for developing operational excellence across all Feed Energy manufacturing facilities. This role exists to provide hands-on operational leadership, run the plants as one integrated system—driving execution, enforcing standards, and delivering results—so that the COO can operate at strategic altitude cross-functionally. A critical responsibility of this role is to develop a Plant Manager team that is relatively new to the Plant Manager level, building their leadership capability, operating discipline, business acumen, and confidence to independently lead their sites. The role will intentionally leverage the Senior Operations Support Manager as a key partner to reinforce common operating standards, provide experienced plant-level support, and ensure consistent KPI definitions, routines, and execution across all locations.
